Who we are
Cantwell Automation ("we", "us") is operated by Ronan Cantwell, based in Basel, Switzerland. We provide lead reactivation campaign services to vehicle protection and detailing businesses ("clients"). You can contact us at ronan@cantwellautomation.ch.
Information we collect
Through this website we collect only what you give us: information you submit when booking a call (name, email, and anything you include in the booking form, processed via Calendly) and correspondence you send us by email. This site does not use analytics cookies or advertising trackers.
Client campaign data
When a client engages us to run a reactivation campaign, they provide us with their own customer and enquiry records. For that data:
- We process it solely to run the agreed campaign for that client, acting on their instructions.
- It is never sold, shared with other clients or third parties, or reused for any other purpose, including our own marketing.
- Campaign messages are sent on behalf of and in the name of the client, and every message includes a working opt-out. Opt-out requests are honoured immediately.
- Contacts whose consent history is unclear are excluded from campaigns at our discretion.
- Campaign data is deleted or returned on request after the engagement ends.

How we use service providers
We use a small number of processors to operate: scheduling (Calendly), email delivery, telephony/SMS delivery, and spreadsheet/database tooling. These providers process data only as needed to deliver the service.
Your rights
Depending on where you are located (including under the GDPR and the Swiss FADP), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, and to object to its processing. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.
Terms of Service
Services
We provide lead reactivation campaign services as described in the individual agreement with each client, typically comprising campaign setup for a fixed fee and a per-appointment fee for booked appointments, with the definition of a booked appointment agreed in writing before a campaign begins.
Client responsibilities
Clients confirm they have the right to contact the individuals on lists they provide to us, and that those lists were collected lawfully in the course of their business. Clients are responsible for honouring the appointments and offers made in their name during a campaign.
Fees and guarantee
Setup fees are payable before a campaign launches and are non-refundable once campaign work has begun, except as covered by our guarantee: where a campaign on a qualifying list (80 or more contactable leads) books fewer than five appointments within 30 days of the first message, the next campaign's setup fee is waived. Per-appointment fees are invoiced with supporting records and payable within 7 days.
No guarantee of specific results
Beyond the guarantee described above, we do not warrant any specific number of bookings, revenue, or business outcome. Campaign performance depends on factors outside our control, including list quality and the client's responsiveness to enquiries.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees paid by the client for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit or reputation.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Basel-Stadt, Switzerland.
